Almonds

· Natural: whole almonds are subject to strict quality controls throughout the shell removal process, which then undergo electronic and manual sorting and selection. They can then be used as an ingredient in sweets, biscuits, ice cream or breakfast cereals.

· Peeled: this process removes the inner skin of the almonds so that they can be used in marzipan, snack foods, pastries or chocolate bars.

· Textured: we can further process the almonds to give them specific shapes or textures, such as by slicing, dicing, slivering or grinding.

· Toasted: toasted almonds are used as an ingredient in industrial pastries, desserts and chocolate bars.

· Toasted and processed: toasted almonds can be further processed to give them the shape and texture requested by the customer.

· Croccante: chopped almonds mixed with caramelized sugar for use as a dessert topping, for ice-creams, biscuits…. It can be produced in various sizes.

· Paste: almond paste can be used as a filling for sweets, biscuits, chocolate bars, etc.

· Peeled almonds paste: peeled almonds paste to be used in almond milk, yogurt and other dairy products.

· Raw almond paste: raw almond paste, whiter. Ideal for making almond vegetable drinks and yogurts.

All the products listed can be offered either in conventional almond or in organic certified almond. We can also offer these products certified under Kosher and Halal.

· Textured: we can further process the hazelnuts to produce specific shapes and textures, such as by slicing, dicing, slivering or grinding.

· Croccante: chopped hazelnuts mixed with caramelized sugar for use as a dessert topping, for ice-creams, biscuits… It can be produced in various sizes.

· Paste: hazelnut paste can be used as a filling for sweets, biscuits, chocolate bars, etc.

All hazelnut products can be offered with a Kosher or Halal certificate.
