Farms, facilities, and technology
It all starts in the field.
The work we do involves connecting growers with markets, so customers around the world can be supplied with the ingredients they need. We are able to do this in an efficient, sustainable way, with guaranteed geographical origins. Of course, all of this begins on the farms.
We bring together products grown on our own farms with those grown by our partners, which are mostly cooperatives that distribute products supplied by small, family-owned operations. These include a total of 15,000 families with small and medium-sized farms. This is what has allowed us to successfully become Spain’s largest nut cooperative.

After harvesting, nuts are brought to our reception centres and then transported to our processing facilities, where they are prepared in various ways to fulfil the specific needs of our customers.
Full traceability is maintained at all times, and the bespoke products we produce can be used as ingredients in a wide range of foods: chocolate bars, sweets, pastries, ice cream, beverages, spreads, and packaged snacks, to name just a few.
